TERMS & CONDITIONS

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including 8.0% value added tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Contracts based on incorrect prices or incorrect information may be refused or cancelled.
We do accept CHF, EUR, USD and GBP for cash payment at the hotel shuttle bus. The current exchange rate plus add. CHF 5.00 for the bank exchange fee will apply.
All major credit cards will be accepted on-board our shuttles.

For private transfers & individual reservations:
All credit cards will be accepted upon pre-agreement, with an add. 3.75% credit card commission.

Payments based on a invoice are payable within 10 days upon receipt.

CANCELLATION FEES

Min. CHF 100.00 in addition of
02 – 07 days before confirmed schedule 25% of contract volume
13 – 24 hours before confirmed schedule 50% of contract volume
00 – 12 hours before confirmed schedule 100% of contract volume

ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATION TO RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
